Every order is dispatched via DPD with full live tracking, so you always know exactly where your order is.
Order Before 4pm, Monday to Friday
Place your order before 4pm on any working day (Monday to Friday) and it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivered via DPD
Once dispatched, your order is delivered the next working day by DPD, with a tracking link sent straight to your email so you can follow it every step of the way — including DPD's live delivery window notifications on the day.
A Few Things to Know
- Delivery is UK mainland only.
- "Working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered Tuesday.
- During exceptionally high-demand periods, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer — we'll always let you know if that's the case.
Free Shipping
Free delivery on all UK orders over £70. A flat £6 shipping charge applies to orders under £70.
