Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if placed before 4 pm Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Delivery Times: All UK orders are delivered on a next working day basis via our courier partners (DPD, FedEx, and others). Please allow additional time during busy periods such as sale events.
Delivery Charges
- Orders over £70 — Free delivery
- Orders under £70 — £6.00 delivery charge
Order Tracking: Once dispatched, DPD will send you an SMS and/or email with a one-hour delivery window. You can track your parcel in real time via DPD's Predict service, rearrange delivery, nominate a neighbour, or choose a safe place.
Saturday Delivery Available on non-pallet orders over £250 (ex. VAT) upon request. An additional charge may apply for orders below this value.
Delays Whilst we aim to meet all delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, road closures, or courier issues beyond our control.
